ABOUT  Amy Dahan

Amy began her Tai Chi practice in 1997 with Master Charlie Chen.  Master Chen taught the importance of the Tai Chi principles, discipline and good form.  In 2008, Amy attended a Qi Revolution program with Jeff Primack, and began exploring the spiritual aspects of Qi cultivation.  In 2009-2010, she practiced with John Walcott of the Cloudwalker Dojo.  The Cloudwalker taught Five Element Qigong and the value of connecting to the natural world.  Amy began studying Dr. Roger Jahnke’s books and methods in 2009, and attended IIQTC training retreats with Roger in 2014, 2015 and 2016.  Roger teaches a wealth of Qigong techniques that range from clinical to alchemical, utilizing kinesthetic metaphors and simple meditations to open the “HeartMind.”  To quote Roger, “Cultivation of the HeartMind means that you are becoming conscious and alert in the process of purposefully redesigning, re-creating, or rebirthing yourself.”  Amy continues to study Roger’s work, and is currently training with Sifu Dimitri Mougis at the Internal Arts Institute in Stuart, Florida.

Amy holds certifications from Supreme Science Foundation, the Cloudwalker Dojo, and the Institute of Integral Tai Chi and Qigong.  She is available for workshops and presentations, private lessons and classes.  Visit the Practice Group and Classes page for current offerings.
